Robert E. Finfer, President/CEO of Integrity Capital Partners, LLC is a Life Insurance Agent as well as a leading Life Settlement Broker. The company is located in Bethesda, MD., is licensed and operates in over 32 states across the country and has transacted in excess of $4.5 Billion since its inception in 2002.

Integrity has been recognized annually as one of the largest insurance companies in the Washington Metropolitan area by the “Washington Business Journal”. Mr. Finfer is a contributor to industry articles in periodicals such as “The National Underwriter” and “California Broker” Magazine. Mr. Finfer is also a National and International speaker on Life Settlement issues having spoken on a number of LISA events as well as other Industry related conferences.

Mr. Finfer is a member of the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA), a member of MDRT and a “Top of The Table” Producer, as well as a Member of NAIFA. Mr. Finfer is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) of the Washington/ Baltimore Chapter. In 2008 Mr. Finfer was recognized as a Finalist by Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program, and the company was also noted as an INC 500 Finalist being named the 2nd fastest growing financial services company in the United States.

Mr. Finfer also lends his time as a board member and active member of The Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA). JSSA is a leading provider of Mental Health Care, Hospice, and other important life events. Mr. Finfer was appointed a Board Member for the Kogod College of Business Administration at The American University in 2008 and takes an active part in both the board, as well as the Business Program, working with Graduate and Undergraduate students in studies revolving around entrepreneurial ventures.

Prior to founding Integrity, Mr. Finfer, spent nearly a decade as an executive in the Non Prime Automobile finance business, building and taking part in some of the first securitizations within that industry. He began his career in the management consulting group of Price Waterhouse (PWC).

Mr. Finfer earned his degree in finance from the American University.
